Join us to launch the FIRST YEAR of Make Music Greenwich
at The Greenwich Arts Council, 299 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT
Want to participate in the launch of Make Music Greenwich, during its initial year? Make Music Day welcome musicians of all abilities and genres to perform, celebrate and share their love of music! The event is an inter-generational, all-inclusive celebration of music, free and open to all. Events can include drum circles, free guitar lessons, musical ensembles and acapella groups.
We welcome your suggestions and input. Check out The Greenwich Arts Council venues and request one that will fit your needs. There is no fee to participate.

What is Make Music Day? Make Music is a free celebration of music around the world on June 21st. Launched in 1982 in France as the Fête de la Musique, it is now held on the same day in more than 1,000 cities in 120 countries. Completely different from a typical music festival, Make Music is open to anyone who wants to take part, every kind of musician, young and old, amateur and professional, of every musical persuasion. The event is FREE and open to the public.
